Manage the Pacific digital communications and adidas app programs, working closely with local and global marketing teams to deliver a customer-focused communication strategy and content plan to increase lifetime value in the market. You will work in partnership with the Pacific ecommerce, retail, and customer service teams. You will manage an operational process for speaking to our consumers throughout their lifecycle through all digital touchpoints, from the app, email, social, on-site, paid media, and overall online shopping experience. You will engage and build brand loyalty with existing consumers, ensure a cohesive and impactful consumer experience, and drive revenue and conversion to build lifetime value.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute digital consumer communications strategy for adidas brand
  • Responsible for all retention and re-engagement campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis
  • Manage adidas app content, experience, and consumer touchpoints
  • Drive acquisition efforts across all digital platforms In partnership with brand activation and digital team
  • Drive revenue growth and consumer engagement across all owned digital platforms
  • Retain current consumers and grow their lifetime value
  • Manage the integration of all CRM programs into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform according to brand standards.
  • Manage email communications program, including marketing sends, triggered emails, and transactional emails
  • Manage automation programs and communications
  • Work in partnership with media buying team to brief in retargeting and re-engagement campaigns for existing consumers
  • Manage Pacific consumer database, segmentation, and data cleanse and appends
  • Manage the integration of all communication programs into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform according to brand standards
  • Own weekly reporting for marketing campaigns
  • Monitor market trends in communications, CRM, and apps
  • Develop A/B testing plans to improve program efficiency to build higher ROI, higher CTR, and higher LTV
  • Manage rollout of ad hoc digital experiences, programs, market needs, and digital partnerships as needed

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced marketing knowledge and specific experience in digital retention marketing, Including Implementation of email marketing and mobile app management
  • Understanding of Direct to Consumer environment (eCom/Retail), direct/retention marketing, and CRM industry best practices
  • Performance driven and capable of managing marketing budgets effectively and managing agencies
  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Demandware Business Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or similar platforms
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to work Independently and autonomously
  • Data management and segmentation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to work well with global stakeholders In different geographies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong personality and flexible approach to build relationships
  • Willingness to travel Internationally on occasion
  • Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies
  • Passion for technology, consumer experience development, and data-driven marketing 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM, and/or email marketing
  • Experience with global brands preferred
  • Experience briefing or managing content preferred
  • Photoshop experience a plus
