PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

The Leonardo and Analytics LoB unit combines laser focus on delivering innovations to power the Intelligent Enterprise, combining Machine Learning, IoT, Analytics and Blockchain innovations together with Industries expertise to sustainably serve our customers.

By this we accelerate execution and deliver results for our customers like no other company can.

In defining a new customer value-chain we can engage with customers and next-gen industries through products, product management, solution management, industry expertise and business development.

To ensure a successful go-to-market, we follow an end-to-end responsibility approach from lead to reference, pursuing customers for life.

It is our mission to enable the intelligent enterprise with SAP Leonardo Machine Learning. In doing so we focus on the needs and demands from our customers, work closely with SAP’s product and platform teams and in collaboration with our partners. The customer success team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of development and sales by showing proof of the customer satisfaction & delight throughout the customer lifecycle. Being led as a lean start up, the team is engaged in deal enablement, deal execution and sustainable deal success for our customers. A well-structured and innovative mindset is key to this role as well as the motivation to drive customer success.

The candidate will report to the Head of Customer Success – Machine Learning. (S)he will interface with experts in GCO, SAP Leonardo GTM and P&I on regular basis.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·        Generate opportunities by proactive positioning of AI and ML major applications to our    customer

·        Support solution oriented proofs for Leonardo and SCP deals and opportunities to drive revenue

·        Be the trusted advisor for customers and give guidance on AI and ML

·        Serve as the go-to-person for sales (industry and solution specific)

·        Drive execution of selected pilot programs to serve global, regional, and market unit strategy

·        Provide support on critical accounts / priority deals on an as needed basis

·        Generate customer success stories and customer success videos

·        Scale success stories and show proof of value internally and externally

·        Give guidance and mentorship to early talents and drive awareness for the future enterprise

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

·        We place high value on relevant personal qualities: resourcefulness, tenacity, high energy, and self-confidence

·        Expertise in managing Leonardo or AI and ML opportunities and customers

·        Solid technical and business understanding within Platform, Applications and Innovation

·        Strong sales track record from opportunity generation to deal closing

·        Service or project experience (with key accounts)

·        Senior appearance and strong negotiation potential

·        Entrepreneurial and business value driven mindset

·        Outstanding communication and presentation skills

·        Distinctive problem-solving skills with an ability to bring insight into complex problems

·        Advanced English and German language skills

Preferred skills

·        Expertise in cooperating with sales teams to sustainably lead customers in a transformation

·        Practical expertise of innovative methods and management (design thinking, scrum, rapid prototyping, minimum viable product,..)

·        French language skills a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE

·        3-5 years of professional experience in sales or services

·        Good insight and network into SAP sales organization and sales processes

·        Go-to person for innovative sales enablement and deal execution via short term approaches

·        Sales driven characters with “a bite”

The position can be filled as part time position.
