  • Excellent knowledge in Supply Chain business processes (Order-to-cash & Procure-to-pay), configuration, & integration between SAP, and 3PL systems Fiori and ECC.
  • At Least 2-3 Implementation end to end Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA SAP MM, Ariba and SD with 3rd party Logistics Integration Knowledge in Fiori and ECC.
  • Functional Expertise Modules Major MM, Ariba and SD and Minor knowledge of Finance Module.
  • Should have worked on S4HANA projects as consultant. Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Coordination with cross functional teams to implement the standard solutions.
  • Experience with and understanding Multi language and Multi Currency working with SAP.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP business documents, master data, transaction data and integration links in primary modules.
  • Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manages critical/ complex situations
  • Ability to writ Business Blue-print documents, Functional Specifications & Configuration Documents
  • Experience with Configuration, Cut-over planning, Testing, Go-live, Hyper care and Change management
  • Able to work Independently within the provided timelines that impacts on user experience with excellent internal/external feedback.
  • Work with the SAP Functional experts to facilitate incident & problem resolution
  • Provide status reports for projects to management.
  • Experience with and understanding of a Finance shared services center.
  • MM- integration with other Modules, ALE/EDI iDoc Processing ,Quotation/RFQ/Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order, Material Master / Vendor Master, Batch Management / Condition records,LSMW,3PL Shipping (external application) , Goods receipt and issue, Movement Type Configuration, Serial Numbers, Bar Code Inventory Management, Replenishment , Physical Inventory, Reporting, Solution Manager, RF Configuration.

Key accountabilities

  • Good documentation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Responsible for Data migration, planning and execution of cut-over activities for SAP projects
  • Reconciled inventory of 3PL and SAP systems along with inventory control team
  • Performed Functional Unit Testing, Integration Testing and assisted end users in User Acceptance Testing to validate the business scenarios
  • Provide support for cross-functional issues involving SD, MM and guide technical team members (ABAP) for issue resolution
  • Assist business users with ad-hoc queries and training as needed
  • Analyze and evaluate assigned tickets and support resolution in configuration, testing and documentation
  • Documentation of all analysis, recommendations, configurations, enhancements, testing and training efforts
  • Responsible for effectively reporting results to business stakeholders through verbal, written, and formal presentation modes
  • Experience with and understanding Multi language and Multi Currency working in SAP
  • Hands-on experience in SAP business documents, master data, transaction data and integration links in primary modules SCM modules.
  • Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations
  • Work with the SAP Functional experts to facilitate incident & problem resolution
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP development / Reports.
  • Provide status reports for projects to management.
  • Experience with and understanding of a Finance shared services centre.

  • Accuracy in performing given tasks which will be validated basis customer and manager feedback
  • Identification and timely escalation of potential issues to Manager.

Role specific requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 to10 years’ experience on SAP SCM Modules

(MM,Ariba,SD)

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience of S4 Hana.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 End to End implementation
  • Interface Programming
  • Complex SCM Reporting from SAP
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both individually or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work within a structured fast paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to take a lead in bringing forward and developing new ideas
  • Calm, patient approach when under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs

Qualifications

  • MCA/ Engineering Graduate or Post Graduate with >= 10-15 years’ experience
  • Fluency in English language
  • Negotiation and Customer facing skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Multitasking
