Do you want to build early-stage start-ups? We are looking for a Senior Venture Developer who can manage effectively, think critically, and work passionately. Hunger for growth, aptitude, and attitude is a must. Above that, you should feel comfortable in the corporate environment managing the expectations of our c-level stakeholders at market-leading companies. Your responsibilities

• Develop digital businesses through market analysis, developing and testing hypotheses, creating MVPs, as well as go to market strategies
• Apply your problem-solving and creative-ideation skills to surface innovative and disruptive ideas and intelligently sell those to your critical stakeholders
• Create convincing presentations of disruptive innovations, business models and venture growth paths for a senior executive audience
• Drive venture development projects independently by monitoring and controlling progress and reporting to funding stakeholders
• Lead a team of venture analysts by setting goals, coaching and being a role model
• Implement and improve agile processes, defining priorities, limits, risks and costs

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top-tier institution (Ph.D., MBA or equivalent)
• 5+ years experience in developing and executing impactful strategy as well as building quickly growing digital businesses.
• Strong leadership experience in a high-pressure, execution-focused environment managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders (e.g. top-tier consulting, investment banking, technology company)
• Fluent in English
