Summary & Role Information

We are looking for an experienced (senior) web engineer, who will support the development of the visualization of SAP One Domain Model (ODM). ODM is SAP's new common enterprise data model, which covers not just a single solution but the entire set of applications making up SAP's Intelligent Enterprise.

As a member of our team, you will ...

• Design and develop the visualization and documentation tool of the next generation data model
• (SAP One Domain Model) (see https://api.sap.com/sap-one-domain-model)
• Design and develop the internal representation of SAP One Domain Model to foster the collaboration of developers and architects from the business technology platform and all lines of businesses in alignments and developments
• Ensure the best user experience for the consumers of the SAP One Domain Model
• Be part of an endeavour moving the needle for SAP as a company

Role Requirements

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
• Excellent programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript and CSS
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori methodology is beneficial
• Practical experiences with the React user interface library are beneficial
• A good eye for UX and user-centred software design
• Conviction and willingness to live test-driven development with a clean code attitude
• The willingness to independently acquire and apply knowledge about new technologies
• Fluent in English and German
• Enjoying teamwork and dealing with people combined with good communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in professional software development especially web development
