Seeking a DevOps Operations Lead with solid experience of 12 - 15 years of experience The DevOps Operation Center Lead is expected to perform all or most of the following activities:
Design, build, and deliver dashboards and reports to monitor applications and underlying cloud infrastructure to identify bottlenecks causing degradation of service quality and/or availability
Configure/Leverage existing operational tools to create service availability dashboards and service visibility status
Leverage asset management and monitoring system to clearly identify customers impacted and level of impact
Evaluate tools, technologies and processes to improve team efficiency and scalability
Define strategy to leverage available operational tools to improve operational efficiency
The selected candidate shall be a self-starter and can work independently on identified platforms and take ownership of Dev. Ops activities.
4-5 years in DevOps projects
Scrum master Certification is added advantage
Should have hands-on/knowledge in Atlassian suites Confluence Jira, JIRA SD
Knowledge of tools like PagerDuty and SLACK is required
Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, Prometheus).
