JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The Allianz France Local Data Center & Cloud Services Department is dedicated for Allianz France customer.
It has to delivers end-to-end infrastructure services.
In partnership with Allianz Technology SE and local partners, the team is responsible for maintaining all infrastructure services in operational condition, from monitoring to engineering. The team ensures operations cost controls. The team is based in Franklin tower in Paris La Défense.
The SDM has end-to-end responsibility for the Technology, costs and quality of a set of services, including the support and management of service deployment, service sourcing, service transition and the continuous improvement. In addition, the SDM is responsible for managing the initiation of introducing the Allianz Technology IT services in the OEs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Introduces the Allianz Technology IT services to the OE


Participates in the definition of KPI


Manages the transition and delivery of services in accordance with the service description, service catalogue and negotiated contract


Contributes to the portfolio management for new, existing and decommissioning services


Supports the contract manager, buyers and customer needs


Coordinates, monitors, steers and continuously improves the services


Further responsibilities:

Supports OE in the definition of forecast and financial projection


KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences:

Senior Manager with 5 years of experience in large companies (international environment)


Nominal experience within an IT Service Management role conducting development of Information Technology processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domain


Possess moderate verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization


ITIL Foundations V3 Certification required


Project Management certification


b) Skills and Competencies:

Good leadership skills.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Good problem-solving and analytical skills.


Detail oriented and diligent.


Entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership.
