Most of these rosy stories are followed by a big but - the logistics environment in SE Asia a huge challenge. Lazada eLogistics (LeL) mission is to address these challenges, delight customers and win them over to eCommerce. We are building an innovative, highly visible, low cost logistics network. Our operating model is based on an ecosystem of logistics partners stitched together with state of the art technology and our modular infrastructure.
LeL is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group, with our own delivery and fulfilment capabilities and management of a dynamic ecosystem of partners to bolster our presence in the region. We are also at the forefront of building up a seamless logistics network across borders in the ASEAN region, and to connect the huge potential of the ASEAN region with the rest of the world.
The award-winning legal team support all aspects of the LeL business, including corporate structuring, licensing and regulatory, contract drafting and review, projects, compliance and corporate secretarial.

Job description

• Support in define project scope, goals and tracking issues, progress and deliverables
• Present to project stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Perform weekly & monthly analysis on premium delivery service data to identify performance trends and to update performance dashboards
• Working with fulfilment team, transport team, 3PL team, commercial team, etc. to identify and track key performance indicators
• Monitoring end-to-end service performance, maintain constant communication and working relation with Premium delivery service teams across ventures
• Working with tech teams to enhance processes through systems integration
• Co-ordinate and monitor Premium service activities, projects and issues

Job requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business Economics. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management
• Good with numbers and data analytics. Highly proficient in MS-Excel application and SQL
• Highly energetic, independent & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• 2/3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or last-mile delivery preferably in an operational role
• Good knowledge and understanding of logistics industry and practices, working experience in a well-established 3PL or e-commerce company is a plus
• Dual language proficiency in Bahasa & English (Speaking and Writing skills) is a strong must.
• Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, prioritize objectives to meet deadlines.
