The Role

Reporting to the Senior Group Director – Shared Services based in the UK and leading a team of transition managers, you will support the expansion of our Shared Services transformation globally.

Specifically, you will manage and lead the overall Transition Plan of identified work activities that need to be transferred to Shared Services including internal captive roles and BPO to ensure delivery objectives are met.


  • Support the Senior Group Director with the overall global Strategy Implementation, for the Shared Services Transformation, by leading sub projects and programs of Transitions within the master plan

  • Manage transition methodology and deployment to Transition Management Office

  • Build and lead a project and change management team, while interacting closely with both the Function and Business Unit leaders, to ensure the smooth and timely transition of scopes to both internal captive roles and BPOs.

  • Work closely with the change management team to develop full change management plans for all programs / transitions

  • Partner and contract manage 3rd party BPO partners

About You

  • Tertiary qualified with Post Grad quals highly regarded in relevant discipline

  • Well-developed leadership skills to mentor and elevate a globally dispersed team

  • Highly collaborative and enjoy working in a small high calibre team with high visibility to senior stakeholders.

  • Extensive Shared Services Transformation experience, including program transition management

  • Experience in Finance, HR or IT and Business Process Outsourcing programs

  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale lift & shift and/or lift, redesign & shift operating model

  • Highly regarded for your change management expertise
