We are looking for a Bottle Shop Manager that has previous experience in retail or hospitality management and operating a business as if it’s your own. Experience working in a bottle shop would be a bonus! You will be working within a fast paced environment and alongside multiple departments within a complex style venue. Responsible for the financial performance of the business with a focus on driving a sales performance culture, you will be expected to develop the offering through staff training, guest centric approach to service, maintaining store presentation and activating promotions. A strong product knowledge across alcohol brands and wine, plus stock control management experience is preferred though training will be provided.
This is a full time position requiring flexibility due to a 7-day trading schedule.
