We're looking for a superstar Flagship Showroom Consultant (Casual) to work 15 - hours per week including every Saturday with flexible days offered during the week. To be considered for this role you will need have a passion for bathrooms and kitchens. If you're always planning your next renovation this could be your dream job!

You will be working at the new Caroma on the Parade Adelaide Flagship, based in Norwood whilst reporting to the Flagship Manager.

Requirements

As the successful applicant, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Working to achieve set budgets and targets for the Flagship through effective order management and customer engagement
  • Demonstrate Caroma Retail Steps of service techniques
  • Strong product knowledge and a clear understanding of all the implemented retail and marketing initiatives
  • Customer Service – From the Greeting to the Goodbye, enthusiastically assist customers and visitors to the Flagship by being proactive and consultative with every interaction
  • Solutions – Find the right outcome for your clients (from the individual client to large corporate clientele) that appropriately respond to brief. Draw on your knowledge, experience and passion in the construction industry, interior design and solution-based sales to maximise conversion potential
  • Client Selections – Use your fabulous ability to identify and interpret your client’s needs to advise and collate their selection choices and prepare specification documents that form the basis for the customer’s order
  • Reporting – Leverage off your attention to detail to report accurate data on customer interactions that contribute to effective reporting of visitor traffic and trends and allow follow up contact
  • Support Flagship Leaders and Consultants in reviewing inventory
  • Events – you will have opportunities to stretch your presentation and hosting chops at various in-house and industry events that are held at the Flagship, from single workshops to larger corporate events
  • Showroom Standards – Keeping a pristine Flagship experience for our visitors using excellent retail presentation standards
