About the Role
In this role as Site Reliability Engineer – Endpoint Management, you will be providing technical support and expertise, testing new solutions, responding to feedback, and actively participating in future technology road mapping as well as maintaining and supporting current solutions.
What you’ll do
As Site Reliability Engineer – Endpoint Management, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Administer and support the patch management platform
• Administer and support the Software Asset Management (SAM) platform
• Maintaining and improving existing software
• Providing technical support and consultancy as required
• Participating in the development of the SRE function and capability.

What does success look like in this role? You will have a strong IT, business and/ or computer science background; as well as solid technical skills. You will have excellent communication skills, proven ability in continual process improvement and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Prior experience with Endpoint Management toolsets is important and you will ideally have experience working across a large, complex IT organisation, with a broad range of toolsets. Ideally you will bring experience in BigFix.
Other qualities we are looking for include knowledge of governance and risk management practice in the service industry, and an understanding of Cloud and Cloud adoption.
