As part of Oracle ACS Global Business Operations, ACS Systems & Tools Development is focused on developing and providing tools and key business KPI’s to enable the ACS management to effectively manage the ACS business. We are responsible for technical design, development, quality management and continuous update of reports and tools in areas such as opportunity tracking, business pipeline, revenue and margin, delivery management, operational efficiency, customer intelligence and customer satisfaction. Key technologies used are APEX, PL/SQL, and OBI.
This position is focused on working in the development team to develop and constantly improve and enhance the ACS internal tools to support internal operational and service delivery processes.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Collaborate with other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Minimum 10 years of software engineering or related experience.
