Job Description


  • The Software Developer will be responsible for developing customer-facing websites and web components to help our top ABOs manage their businesses, such as tracking tools to track how the ABOs are trending for their bonuses and awards. The role will be mostly focus on frond-end development
  • The Software Developer will be working on enhancements for the continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
  • Provides excellent customer service and demonstrates effective communication skills.
  • Programs, tests and debugs business applications.
  • Installs, configures, updates and administers application software packages.
  • Provides technical software application support, problems resolution and appropriate documentation of actions.
  • Performs application tuning to optimize overall system performance, often working with technical support staff.


  • BS/BA Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Business is required.
  • 3 years progressive experience in IT, development, or related experience preferred.
  • Web development experience using HTLM/CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks – Polymer, Angular, Grunt, and/or React
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices using Jenkins, GitHub, Python
  • Experience working in a cross functional agile team.
  • Good understanding of .NET frameworks, Visual Studio, C#, LINQ, WCF and SQL.
  • Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools such as Jira is an added advantage.
  • Experience developing in an Agile team, DevOps model and in a continuous improvement environment is an added advantage.
  • Having the willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies.
  • Good English oral and written communication skills. This includes communications with cross cultural audiences.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented, self-driven, strong initiative and participative.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to think globally and take a stand on global perspective.
