Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate fresh graduate to join our engineering team as a Full Stack Engineer. You'll work on building and scaling web applications using Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend, collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js

Develop responsive, performant web UIs with React

Write clean, well-tested, and documented code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an async-first remote environment

Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems

Requirements

Required Skills

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)

Familiarity with Node.js and Express (or similar frameworks)

Hands-on experience with React (from academic projects, internships, or personal projects)

Basic understanding of RESTful API design

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Good communication skills — essential for remote collaboration

Good to Have

Exposure to databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Knowledge of TypeScript

Experience with CI/CD pipelines or Docker

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2024 or 2025 batch preferred)
