Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Work from Home

Vericle Corporation, a US-based parent company is looking for a full-time Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Vericle offers cloud-based medical practice management software, including Electronic Healthcare Records, and Revenue Cycle Management Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Determine quality assurance parameters
• Track quality assurance metrics
• Review and analyze product specifications and perform software testing
• Create comprehensive, detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Implement testing procedures and oversee the QA process
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Identify, record, document the test process thoroughly and track bugs
• Create a framework for automated testing for a cloud-based application
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of work experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Experience with automated test scripts, performance/load tests, and tools, such as Selenium
• Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Familiar with development/testing cycles and continuous integration processes
• Familiar with mercurial or Git
• Experience with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) systems
• Experience with ONC certification process is advantage
• Bachelors in Engineering ( Computer Science / B.Tech)

• Must have stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
• Must be comfortable working the US business hours
• Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB memory
