Responsible for Leading remote support team and represent Amdocs with a progressive status. This requires hands-on expertise in Operational Data Source (ODS) and Enterprise Data Warehouse for Amdocs applications.
Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
Expertise in Operational Data Source and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
Expertise in Informatica (IDR, ETL), COGNOS
Experience and understanding of Amdocs applications and data model
Expert in Oracle database, SQL and PL-SQL (DBA and performance tuning level)
Expert in Unix shell scripting
4 years of experience in production support
2 years of experience in leading tasks and/or mentoring engineers
2 years of Amdocs application experience
Experienced with Amdocs applications
Experienced with Automation tools, PHP.
