  • Manage and grow the product relationship and associated revenue of a specific customer portfolio of Taiwanese corporates, originate and cross-sell TTS solutions to both existing and prospect clients to capture business and revenue opportunities.
  • Lead and drive sales process on all cash and trade opportunities and RFPs.
  • Comply with TTS sales process disciplines such as usage of customer relationship management platform, call reports, specific sales initiatives, and various sales targets.   
  • Establish relationships with new clients and maintain a high-level contact with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build close working relationships with internal partners locally and across countries and regions to support cross-border sales opportunities.
  • Maintain product expertise and regularly update product knowledge, work closely with Product Teams in crafting tailor-made solutions according to customers’ needs.
  • Stay close with clients / market and able to bring back market intelligence and innovative ideas for product development
  • Define product-related credit needs and work jointly with Relationship Coverage teams on credit issues.
  • Take on role as deal primary, own and prepare RFP responses & proposals/presentations on solutions, perform deal structuring, internal and external negotiation (e.g. pricing and documentation) and deal reviews to reach completion of a deal. 
  • Ensure all deals and client interactions are in compliance with local country regulations and Citi / TTS policies.
  • Coordinate with Implementation team to provide after-sales support and delivery of solution against sales mandate and be accountable for customer commitment on volumes and assets.
  • Work closely with Operation Team to resolve service issues and to ensure quality service delivery to customers.

Qualifications

 
  • University graduate, has solid knowledge of the market, customer’s requirement and banking products, and sound understanding of SAFE/CBRC/PBOC’s regulations relating to business
  • Banking experience in TTS Sales, Product, and/or Relationship Management is preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
  • Confident, innovative, self-motivated, result oriented, and able to look into details
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and highly analytical
  • Committed, flexible, and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal skills, fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good at Microsoft Office applications
