Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create process design, functional designs, configuration, setups, testing and documentation
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving break fix issues, liaising with end users and technical resources.
  • Must be able to work cross functionally, communicate effectively with global user base and manage multiple tasks at any given time. Willingness to work extended hours (if needed) to facilitate the needs of the organization. 
  • Technical and Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Order to Cash and Finance Module of Oracle 11i ERP application
  • Excellent development skills using Oracle EBS tool sets.
  • Ability to work remotely from remote office and support global end users.
  • Provide day-to-day administration and end user support of Oracle11.5.10 application including trouble-shooting application, data, and interface issues; maintains system user-roles and security functionality within applications.
  • Responsible for support, customization and testing of Kinaxis, RapidResponse Application.
  • Having the responsibility of day-to-day operations and application support, you have to maintaining the service level agreement with higher customer satisfaction for help desk tickets raised by the end users.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience and rapidResponse application
  • Minimum 2+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment.
  • Hands on Experience in Oracle forms, Oracle Report, workflow and PL/SQL and XML developer
  • Hands on experience in Rapidresponse administrative support
