Job Summary:

We are now looking for Ericsson Catalog and Order Care - Solution Architect responsible for analyzing, designing and developing Ericsson Catalog and Order Care Solutions for the customers and also play a key role as a lead solution architect during solution delivery. This role will responsible for presales and delivery for our leading customers in Indonesia.


  • Handling Digital Monetization Platform and CBIO solution
  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions mainly covering Charging System, Catalog Manager & Order Care
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
  • Acting as Main Customer Interface for BSS New Solutions and Technology trends
  • Be active player in Analysis & Design phase & responsible to prepare HLD for the solution component.
  • Work with Domain lead/Agile PM to For each end to end use case mapped to the sprint (from program increment plan)

The user stories have to be broken down for each component, cross story dependencies have to be assigned and LLD has to be done for each user story. Task break down along with estimates and component test design for each user story has to be done aligned with the E2E test design for P1. This activity has to be done in pre-build stage because for Sprint 1 there is no preceding sprint for doing the grooming activities.

  • Translate HLD requirement into its solution component wise deliverable
  • Align the E2E configuration LLD and build (configuration of nodes) plan with program and sprint release plan (e.g. which set of POs should be designed and configured in which release and sprints within the release)
  • LLD of configuration - cross reviewed by component SAs and also by E2E Product Architect
  • Review of LLD with respect to Buco sheet
  • Usage of Assets like Automatic Catalog Upload Tool
  • Review of Configurations done in the nodes with respect to the configuration LLD by Domain SAs and sample reviews by E2E Product Architect

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience of 7 years in OSS/BSS Domain in delivering Enterprise Product Catalog and Order management Platform (not necessarily Ericsson)
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English speaking
  • University degree in Engineering/ICT or equivalent
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both technical and business partners
  • Experience in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing activities
  • Great team player
  • Ability to be proactive, acting as a change leader, result oriented
  • Interest and understanding of new technologies
  • Understanding of agile ways of working
  • Understanding of Ericsson Sales Process, Delivery Model and BSS Strategy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Positive attitude to problem solving and ability to work within teams to find solutions
  • Deep Understanding of 5G Technology and 3GPP Standard
