As a Pre Sales Solution Architect within the Global Revenue Operations, Deal Desk & Bid Management Team, you will be responsible for the technical assessment, requirements gathering, and design of Enterprise Customer and Partners solutions using the Go1 SaaS software Product.

About You 

You will be a technologist who is genuinely interested in understanding customer needs, driving the establishment and execution of technology solutions to solve for our customers and prospects as well as being commercially minded, communicative, and passionate in your approach.

You will love understanding complex business problems, finding and developing appropriate technology solutions using a blend of Go1’s SaaS Software and customized solutions using a mix of internal and external technologies and resources to enable the customer outcomes.

You will be the domain expert on the technical architecture, security, and governance of our product - supporting businesses in understanding our compliance and compatibility with their technologies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or participate in business solution design, analysis, detailed design, technical architecture - gathering requirements and assessing technical feasibility
  • Help educate customers on the value proposition of Go1, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment of Go1 powered eLearning solutions.
  • Collect and document business and system/technical requirements into prioritized user stories, UML, and architecture design artefacts

Core Competencies

  • Deep experience across multiple technology domains - including REST/GraphQL API integration, middleware, and software architecture for highly available, customer integrations with the Go1 SaaS solution
  • Strong customer communication and engagement to lead workshops between business and technical contacts - turning loosely understood problems into a delivery approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels with an ability to apply a suitable layer of abstraction pertinent to a particular audience
