Solution Architect

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for advancing the marketing platform vision by architecting and implementing technology capabilities in the digital marketing area that are well integrated. As a hands-on expert, the Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership for implementation of digital capabilities (Web and Customer Experience Management platform, eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, etc.) across Latin America to ensure that the implementation adheres to quality expectations.

Key Accountabilities: 

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress in your career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  •  Participate in requirements gathering to solidify requirements and determine the best technical solution to meet the business needs. 
  •  Architect, design, develop and implement new templates, components, and responsive web pages/sites to support the expansion of the core CMS platform (Sitecore). 
  •  Provide technical due diligence of software products and platforms. Create technical assessments, based on criteria including cost, security, vendor fit, alignment to objectives, reliability, and scalability. 
  •  Provide consulting and technical guidance to the developers and digital production team including System Integrators/Service Providers on the Sitecore CMS and other platforms. 
  •  Understand the application roadmaps and capabilities for associated brands to provide a consistent user experience across all digital properties.

Key Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  •  Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in the architecture, design, development and implementation of large scale web and mobile applications for consumers adhering to non-functional requirements like security, reliability, scalability and availability standards.   
  •  Understanding programming skills in .net / C# (working with at least one framework like WCF or Web API)/Java adopting practices like CI/CD, TDD, BDD etc. 
  •  Hands-on expertise in implementing and working with a CMS solution like Sitecore.
  •  Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
  •  Strong experience in API’s (SOAP/REST) and database technologies like SQL server. 

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  •  Experience with front end development (HTML5, CSS, JQuery) is a plus. 
  •  Experience integrating on-premise hosted and cloud bases SaaS solutions. Azure cloud experience is desirable. 
  •  Functional background of CPG / retail business and experience with Business-to-Consumer marketing technologies.
