The Specialist: GTM Practice Solutions participates in the delivery of solution design, configuration and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments. This position is required to offer pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals. The Specialist: GTM Practice Solutions works towards expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.
Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
Offer detailed technical support in the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client’s requirements.
Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management.
Participate in the development of technical training and training programs.
Identify opportunities and contribute subject matter expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the solution roadmap and milestones.
Work on strategic projects that enhance current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.
Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.
Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients.
Understand the client’s environment, business needs and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
Work closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Strong understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
Demonstrate knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration and business change
inability to lead technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholders
Possess good technical, quantitative and analytical skills
Possess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services
Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Ability to recognise opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement

Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a related environment
Experience working across multiple domains
Project management experience
