Professional Services offers training, technical, and implementation services, for both new and existing merchants, in order to successfully and efficiently implement Shippit, along with a streamlined onboarding process. The Pre-Sales Consultant will drive pre-sales efforts by assisting the Sales and Account Management team in closing deals by designing solutions directly with merchants, and producing proposals/Statements of Work.

The Pre-Sales Consultant will gather requirements and identify issues in order to effectively design solutions for the merchant’s integration with Shippit and/or their feature requests to ensure 1) a successful pitch to the merchant, and 2) successful delivery of the project for the project manager.
