Why this role?

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) working in our KONE Cebu office. The role will report directly to the Customer Solutions Manager located in our Makati Head Office. You will work within a customer orientated and highly motivated team which focuses on providing solutions to a diverse client base for the New Elevator Business.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for finding the optimal technical solution to match customer’s needs for the New Elevator Business.
  • Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line
  • Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils code, regulatory and safety requirements
  • Advise customers directly with responses to technical questions
  • Responsible for correct initial project costing
  • Act as the primary contact between frontline and supply line
  • Manage drawings and related documentation

    Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and create a memorable experience
  • Skills to handle communication between sales and supply line
  • IT literacy, competent in MS Office suite, AutoCAD, Building Information Modelling (BIM)
  • Ability to comprehend and advise on codes and standards
  • High emotional intelligence
