You carry overall responsibility for your client’s web analytics (Adobe & Google) insights capabilities including the platform implementation, data manipulation, insights and actionability of the data.
The Solution Specialist will leverage their experience with Adobe Analytics to understand a clients’ goals, challenges, site design and perform data analysis to assist the business and team in identifying key areas of opportunity across clients web properties - desktop, mobile, tablet & multiple channel communication (website, eDM, Advertising). Based on this understanding, you will assist with the technical implementation and support of Adobe Analytics implementations including the deployment of s_code, development of variable strategy (eVar, prop, Product, etc).
The role will simplify complex ideas and present them to clients in an easy to understand and impactful way. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and pursue new opportunities (and clients) to support the growth of our team.
Understanding your client’s business, their goals, digital environments and web analytics assets.
Help brands structure and implement Adobe Analytics to deliver a deep understanding of the online behaviour of their site and mobile app visitors, in addition to being the primary first party data source for marketing automation.
