The Role:

Fujitsu Oceania’s ServiceNow practice is taking off, and we are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Specialist to help grow this part of our business (pre-sales) and establish new clients (implementations).

The successful applicant will have sufficiently high level of hands-on experience to allow working with our sales teams to provide information and recommendations to clients, as well as to do design, development, testing, deployment and integration work. So you’ll need to be a “do-er and a talker”. You may also be involved in work as diverse as customising a ServiceNow web portal, working with functional teams to deliver automated workflow solutions, or configuring and customizing business rules and client scripts for one or more modules.

What You Need to Succeed?

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration in an enterprise environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to provide pre-sales support by way of presentations and proposals.
  • The ability to gather business requirements and define tasks required for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications throughout their lifecycles.
  • Experience in implementing end-to-end service catalogue, Incident Management, Configuration & Asset management, Change Management and Release Management, in addition to knowledge of Content Management.
  • Experience with the Service Now ITSM, HR, Security and Business Apps (Application Runtime) modules, including CMDB
  • Experience in migrating to ServiceNow from a home grown and/or competitive product, and with third party software integrations.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred.
