  • Coordinate preparation of equipment purchase/rental/lease orders with vendors for all new site start-ups for respective regions.
  • Verify pricing against existing national contracts & review against site budgets.
  • Coordinate all equipment installations/removals for operations groups in their regions. Ensure that all delivery/pick up time frames are met.
  • Maintain site data files on all equipment contracts & correspondence.
  • Maintain equipment transfers & relocations.
  • Preparation of capital lease worksheets for submission to the finance department.
  • Coordinate placement of leased vehicles with the Operations Group and work with accounting to ensure proper insurance documentation established and state registration requirements are met.
  • Request buyouts for expiring equipment from leasing companies.
  • Process all equipment assumption agreements and verify all costs are within the budget.
  • Monitor idle equipment reports and ensure equipment is returned based upon lease expiration dates.

EDUCATION

· A Bachelor’s Degree in any business field

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

· 2+ Years Leasing Experience

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE

· Basic knowledge of general office equipment

COMPUTER SKILLS

· Basic computer knowledge

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Good communications and customer service skills, including the ability to interact with all departments.

· Customer first attitude.

· Ability to work with mid-level and senior management

· Ability to resolve customer issues and take responsibility for work performed.

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Good decision making skills

· Ability to define opportunities for cost savings.

· Technically proficient using Microsoft Excel / Word applications.
