A1. Project purpose: Sourcing support for our Haliade 1 project execution and manage all sourcing activities (and their execution) for Haliade X related to the given commodities (ex.Catalog and cabinets as a minimum).
A2. Suggested CTQ business requirements: deliver the expected results based on Cost, Quality and Delivery objectives. To ensure proper execution of Haliade 1 project and the development of the Haliade X sourcing strategy for the given commodities, matching company objectives. In more details, we could highlight the main three goals for Haliade X as the following ones: Optimize Cost reduction or Product Cost Out for the commodities under the contractor responsibilities, Increase Days to Pay indicator through Reverse Factoring program or Reverse Factory implementation and through negotiation of payment terms with suppliers, Quality indicators should further improve by choosing the Best In Class suppliers.

B5 Develop and implement cost out ideas on each of his/ her segment/commodity
B6 Cooperate with Commodity Buyers under the leadership of the Global Fulfillment Leader
B7 Contribute to the global RENEWABLE sourcing strategy and lead the sourcing strategy for Wind Offshore
B8 Source goods and related services with best suppliers and develop the suppliers' panel
B9 Negotiate Terms & Conditions and any particular clauses according to business needs
B10 Prepare and share forecast & backlog for her/his commodity
B11 Support development of best assumptions in tendering and product activities (including Tendering options – DTOs)
B12 Support commodity co-design, standardization and rationalization actions
B13 Support discussions with suppliers during execution in case of claims, Purchase Orders changes in coordination with Buyers who is the leader. Provide sourcing rules in Oracle
B14 Develop a strong relationship with Manufacturing, Engineering and Product Line teams to partner in driving key sourcing and business objectives around cost, cash, supplier quality, New Product Innovation and fulfillment
B15 Reduce risks in supply chain by mitigating sole source suppliers
B16 Drive emerging market growth strategy and localization requirements
B17 Collaborate with Materials team to drive standardization and continuous improvement of purchasing processes and cycle time reduction through consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory and Kanban strategies
B18 Drive business cash initiatives under the leadership of Finance
B19 Implement Should Cost on all items and maximize savings vs previous price and vs target/should cost
B20 Implement and manage Long Term Supply Agreements with strategic suppliers
B21 Drive continuous improvement in the sourcing process with strategic stakeholders(engineering, fulfillment…)
Deliverables to be provided:
Supplier shall provide the following Deliverable
Provide a weekly analysis on major Haliade1 project execution from supplier side and prepare a weekly action plan to recover major delivery disruptions or risks
C2 Present a monthly sourcing strategy for the given commodities and a clear status of major company objectives such as Product Cost Out activities, Days To Pay, Reverse Factory implementation, Localization, Monthly capacity up to 2025, etc.
