We are now seeking a creative and ambitious Sous Chef to join the team at Chaiwala, our modern Indian restaurant based on Wyndham Street in Central, Hong Kong


  • Ensure guests have a memorable experience through producing great dishes
  • Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation in the kitchen
  • Ensuring all company standards are met during service
  • Oversee and train kitchen team members


  • Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
  • Sense of responsibility for your role
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' chef experience within Indian cuisine in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high volume restaurant
  • Candidates with experience in the Hong Kong F&B market are preferred
