About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our Restaurant team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation and as required take responsibility for preparation and assembly of all menus and assist in ordering. This role is suited to an existing Sous Chef or a CDP ready for the next step in their career.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in The Dining Room restaurant kitchen. Recently receiving two hats from the AGFG and positioned as 3rd highest rating restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula. You will also be able to work for our functions and banqueting including large weddings and conferences and be groomed for your own Executive Chef role in the future.
