Essential and optional requirements

Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
Significant cuisine experience in similar volume, quality and style of international hotel
Management experience of 30 or more kitchen connector
Thorough knowledge & understanding of HACCP, and practical experience in implementing HACCP standards
Computer literate
Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, English

Key tasks

Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset and instils same in all kitchen connectors
Actively develops, directs and coaches connectors to improve their skills and provides support for career development
Manages the team, ensures effective communication, and manages all food production and deadlines
Ensures a safe, efficient, professional working environment within the kitchen and related food service areas Manages kitchen administration alongside, and in the absence of Executive Sous Chef, and all related documentation.
