In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls for a law firm based in the US. The tasks include contacting existing clients to ask how the service was and trying to get a good response from their attorneys and case managers, asking them to leave Google reviews while trying to keep the relationship with the clients (sending bday cards, flowers, etc.). The ideal candidate is someone who can build rapport over the phone, is witty, friendly, empathetic, and can keep the relationship with clients as part of the marketing of the firm. They want someone who has good communication skills and is confident, proactive, and tech-savvy. You will be working 50 hours per week, during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

« College-educated (Bachelor or Associate degree)
« Fluent in Spanish and American English, written and oral
« Experience working in a customer support role 2+ years
« Experience in working in international teams (desirable)
« Knowledge of email automation processes and software
« Experience working with Western customers (desirable)
« Advanced MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
« Experience with customer surveys and collecting feedback
« Understanding of American customers & their expectations
