Spare Parts Regional Sales Representative
Plan and coordinate the sales objectives and commercial strategies of bus parts in the network of distributors, CARYS and CAR with strict adherence to the code of conduct, in order to meet the objectives established in the sale of bus parts; to ensure profitability and the level of service that allows adequate support to the units in the field.

We are looking for a: Spare Parts Regional Sales Representative.

In this employee position you will be responsible for:

  • Develop strategic plans for the sale of bus parts in conjunction with the parts and service manager to promote sales in all channels and thus achieve the established sales objectives.
  • Verify active participation in commercial programs issued by DVCMex, with the purpose of ensuring the purchase of spare parts by the network of distributors and customers, and in this way take advantage of the benefits granted through them.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the initiatives developed in the commercial programs developed by DVCMex, to seek new business areas.
  • Periodically review the inventory levels of spare parts available in your warehouse, rotation, months of sale, for the classification of obsolete inventory, with each assigned dealer.
  • Determine the annual objectives for the purchase of spare parts with each of the assigned distributors, as well as evaluate compliance with them, by identifying and proposing improvement actions.
  • Always be in strict Alignment with current local and international applicable regulations, such as Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Daimler Truck Code of Conduct, as well as any other policy and procedure established for Daimler Truck.

Training: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or related careers.

Specific knowledge: Microsoft office, marketing, aftermarket, financial basics.

Experience: After sales, spare parts, sales.

Working model: Hybrid.
