The End User Experience (EUX) team consists of approximately 650 staff, with a mix of internal and vendor staff.

Our team has end-to-end accountability for the strategy, design, build and run of all End user Experience products and services used by Bank employees and partners globally, with collective responsibility for a $150m+ per annum operating budget that spans 50+ services.

Your new role provides technical specialty and operational leadership regarding service support and designs in order to drive excellence, quality and performance of IT services and portfolios, within the technology domain of Microsoft Office 365(M365).

You have accountability for implementing new M365 features under change control, collaborating with the EUX Platform to ensure that these changes integrate into all EUX technologies.

You will enjoy working closely with M365 product owners and other stakeholders to maintain evergreen, security and resolving high priority incidents. You will of course monitor service availability, implement service improvements, and raise and remediate operational risks. Other key focus areas include:

  • As a global administrator, be accountable for the RUN of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure platforms
  • Develop and deploy solutions and changes to the cloud environments
  • Collaborate across internal/external parties to improve the end user computing customer experience e.g. Cyber, Active Directory, Microsoft, etc.
  • Establish, maintain and improve engagement with stakeholders, both intra and inter team to ensure O365 services are meeting their needs
  • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of processes/systems to deliver current and future customer needs

What you will need to succeed

We expect you will have excellent knowledge of Office 365 and Azure and proven experience resolving incidents in a highly integrated environment most likely as a Senior Operations/Systems Engineer in cloud environments.

You will have deep experience providing end-user outcomes for O365, Exchange, Azure and Intune. You will possess sound knowledge of IT Service Management and Delivery and experience using ITIL. Your Microsoft certification and your vision, ideas and energy will help you succeed.
