Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience working in a professional services or a customer-facing technical role
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently and idiomatically

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree in business
  • 4 years of experience in an analytical, technical or in consulting role
  • Expert understanding of digital marketing, campaign optimization or strong industry and product experience outside Google in Digital Media agencies/e-commerce companies
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across Google and multiple stakeholders in a global team
  • High degree of proactivity and ownership of accounts, deliverables and KPIs, self-driven attitude
  • Comfortable with large data sets to build compelling insight or narrative

The gTech Professional Services (gPS) MediaOps team partners with our Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to provide product and data-driven expertise to our largest and most sophisticated customers helping them meet their business goals. MediaOps teams enable customers success by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new Google products, and sharing user feedback with product/engineering teams to influence product development.

The gPS MediaOps team provides deep and specialized focus across Google Ads products and supports these products with optimization and analysis. Our team are product experts who are involved across the entire lifecycle of the campaign (pitch, implementation, optimization, and analysis) while partnering closely with our LCS teams

  • Build a deep understanding and specialism of Google Display Ads (GDA)
  • Nurture and grow successful partnerships with the co-located LCS teams and clients
  • Ideate, nurture, and establish solutions leveraging GDA that solve for our customer's business objectives
  • Partner with the Programmatic Specialists team to help clients fully utilize the efficiencies across Programmatic Display and Video 360 and GDA
  • Test and scale product launches and collaborate in building product and solution expertise through product trainings/workshops for internal and/or external practitioners
