Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source and establish relations with various talent communities - professional associations, universities and colleges, interest groups, etc.
  • Support and take lead in campus engagements such as career talks, career fairs, recruitment events, forums, etc.
  • Support and take lead in the organization, logistics of branding and recruiting events.
  • Source for leads for college internships.
  • Manager the overall campus internship program.
  • Analyze and report ROI for account specific recruitment marketing spend, as well as tracking.
  • Create and present monthly reports on Sourcing - events, spends, hires, channel performance, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any course related to Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Arts, Organizational Communication, etc.
  • Must have at least two (2) years experience in Talent Attraction / Sourcing / Talent Acquisition / Talent Marketing, etc.
  • Must be confident in public speaking, creating and reporting presentations.
  • Willing to work in Pasay city.
  • Can start immediately.
