The Accessibility will help to enhance our global Digital Offerings team, and immediately impact our growing product suite. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment with UX/UI designers and front- and back-end developers to ensure that our technology solutions meet WCAG standards

As a UX Accessibility Specialist, here's what will you do at Buck-

• Serve as a subject matter expert and work collaboratively with Buck’s UX/UI and development teams to champion digital accessibility across Buck’s product suite.
• Ensure that Buck’s existing solutions, and future products adhere to WCAG standards.
  
• Help to develop a standard approach to accessibility, ensuring its inclusion in the product development process

As a UX Accessibility Specialist, here's what you will bring--

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience evaluating web accessibility
• Experience working with assistive technologies and adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), to enhance the digital experience for users with disabilities
• Knowledge of U.S. and international accessibility standards
• Experience incorporating accessibility standards into digital properties
• Experience with accessibility tools like JAWs, Lighthouse, AXE, Voiceover, Talkback, etc…

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and processes
• Knowledge of human resources, particularly benefits and compensation
• Ability to identify and help solve accessibility-specific technical issues and concerns
