WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Service Desk Specialist you will liaise and effectively communicate with key stakeholders internally across the Calibre Group providing accurate Level 1 & 2 incident resolution and service request management to our end users. You will also assist with IT project support and project related tasks as directed by the Team Leaders and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
