Position Overview

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join the Customer Success Data & Analytics team.   Data and Analytics is becoming ever more important to how the businesses are operating.  Within the Autodesk Customer Success Organisation, the delivery of actionable and in time, predictive, insights has become one of the strategic goals for the coming years.   The Data and Analytics team have the task to simplify a multitude of data sources and using data science techniques convert this data into consumable and actional insights for our field teams.  The successful candidate will assist the team with the creation and deployment of enablement materials to support the data and analytics dashboard products.

Working in close collaboration with the team’s Product Managers and BI Developers, your role will be to create engaging, informative and easy to consume materials which instruct stakeholders on how to use our dashboard products.  You will also plan and coordinate workshops with Customer Success teams all around the world on how utilise the dashboard products.  You will also be working in close collaboration with business process specialists to ensure that the data products delivered by the team are seamlessly integrated into the wider business process of the view field teams (Support, Renewals, Consulting, Account Management)


  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics team members on the development of engaging and informative enablement content
  • Collaborate and adopt existing enablement and governance frameworks
  • Plan and coordinate workshops with Customer Success (Support, Consulting, Customer Management) field teams based around the world
  • Coordinate projects and meetings/events
  • Contribute to the definition, design, development and implementation of enablement projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA / BS or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in developing enablement/training content
