Engagement Specialist

Infoblox Professional Services is seeking an Engagement Specialist to join our team in Trivandrum. As a member of the Professional Services team, you will focus on performance indicators ensuring a timely progression of customer-facing projects. This role involves opportunity management, project initiation, and project analysis and reporting. This role reports to Manager, PS Operations based out of Washington – Tacoma, USA.

Infoblox Professional Services provides solutions that accelerate the adoption of Infoblox's products, technologies, and services. Infoblox's primary focus is delivering a security platform on a subscription basis. The environment includes networking and technologies such as Secure DNS, DHCP, end-point DNS security products, cloud enablement technologies, and advanced consulting services targeted at our platform customers.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders (Account teams, PS ENG, PS Management, etc.) for project initiation and metrics reporting
• Support external stakeholders (customers, partner, and distributors) regarding project engagement status and reporting
• Research account history
• Create and maintain reports that are used within the management team
• Identify and recommend marketing and program management strategies to maximize impact for both programs
• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
• Support monthly accounting reconciliation and payroll processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience analyzing large amounts of data using analytic reporting tools
• High proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, and knowledge of salesforce.com
• Familiarity with MS Project and/or Smartsheet preferred

Education:
