Collaborating in the creation and development of a holistic personnel development programme (talent management, performance management, mentoring etc.)
Consulting managers and employees concerning suitable education and training measures
Planning, implementing and managing internal and external personnel development measures
Preparing and conducting internal trainings about specific HR topics
Ensuring an efficient course organisation including implementation and administration
Participating actively in various HR projects
University degree in economics or social sciences with a focus on HR management
At least 3 years of job experience in HR management in an industrial environment required
Profound knowledge of organisational development concepts
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills and technical interest
Proactive, independent way of working and reliability
A cooperative work environment with room for creativity
A well-structured training period and support by experienced colleagues
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 42,054 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
