Role Summary:This role is responsible to drive adoption of the GEHC suite of Asset & Clinical Performance Management (APM/CPM) digital service solutions. Working directly with the Digital Analytics Manager ANZ, they work closely with end users to drive adoption of the digital tools to help customers identify and achieve specific customer operational outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities:This role will work with the customer on an on-going basis to help end users continue to leverage the tools for other operational improvements and identify up-sell opportunities for additional support products (upgrades, education, formal consulting).
This person is responsible for driving the adoption of APM/CPM digital tools as options that are additional to the GEHC core Focus maintenance service offerings. The key responsibilities/essential functions include:
• Partner with relevant GE teams to better understand customer situation and define desired outcomes with customer, including identification of KPIs to drive outcomes
• Assess customer adoption readiness, before developing and validating the initial CPM digital tool adoption plan with customer
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers/IB support/Software Analyst/Digital Technical Specialist and provide support during CPM digital tool installation
• Build a customer governance model with the customer (steering committee format) to overview the use/adoption of the CPM digital tool
• Coordinate delivery and training for the CPM dashboards
• Realise the desired defined outcomes through:
o KPI dashboard reviews with the customer
o Data interpretation support
o Operational coaching with customer to achieve goals
o Coordinate clinical SME support (including Apps support)
• Partner with relevant GE teams to provide guidance for any potential upgrade or platform evolution (including additional clinical education)
• Liaise with Service Delivery Manager to provide account insights
• Identification, escalation and resolution of issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
Quality Specific Goals:
• Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
• Complete all planned Compliance (Quality, EHS, etc) training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report all customer or personal compliance concerns immediately to the appropriate organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Healthcare Technologist, or another related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management, consulting, data analytics, medical imaging, clinical sales or related fields.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging modalities and workflows
• Experience in Solution selling and/or deal architecture
• Ability and experience managing multiple program and priorities in compressed timeframes.
• Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders
• Proven experience and ability to influence and engage others, including working effectively within a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Results-oriented and passionate about making a positive customer & business impact
• Good team player, with proven ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional, and international/global team members.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Ideal candidates would have strong experience and/or background across several of the following areas:
 Delivering Clinical/Product Applications training
 Delivery of Healthcare consulting services
 Optimisation of workflow and/or equipment utilisation
 Applied data-analytics
 Product Management
 Customer Satisfaction Opportunities (CSO) escalation resolution experience
• Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
• Solid experience in cross-functional initiatives and teams.
• Solid experience in cross-businesses (cross-modalities) programs and teams.
• Ability to work effectively in difficult and fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner
• Knowledge of networking basics and IT infrastructure concepts including HL7 and DICOM
