SAP Ariba focuses primarily on the procurement, supply chain, finance & IT audiences. As the Marketing Manager for the BeNeLux region, you will lead the planning and execution of the SAP Ariba marketing plan for your region to support achievement of revenue targets and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for sales to engage with. You will be responsible for creating awareness & market education, generating demand & help accelerate pipeline for deal closure.

Within the budget provided, you will work closely with local, regional and global marketing colleagues and hold responsibility for developing market unit specific strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns for SAP Ariba in the BeNeLux region. You will also determine the necessary marketing mix – Digital, Social, Events, Campaigns, Influencer Programs – to support the successful execution of the defined strategy. You will hold the responsibility for the strategy and the execution.


Developing and executing integrated marketing plans to bring together corporate programs and local opportunities via activities such as targeted campaigns, field events, executive programs, customer references, industry associations and telemarketing. Campaigns to focus on demand generation, pipeline acceleration & awareness / market education.

  • Proactively analyse sales pipelines and consultatively suggest potential marketing approaches to grow and accelerate revenue generation.
  • Recruit and manage customers to support marketing programs, coordinating with account teams and business development as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with peers in the broader Marketing organization to ensure a level of consistency is maintained with all market-facing activities.
  • Stakeholder Management - Strongly align with business stakeholders to ensure marketing programs closely align to business and sales goals. Share knowledge and expertise. Support/enable the sales organization through delivery of key campaigns and marketing support.
  • Digital & Social Marketing - Leverage digital & social channels for creating a positive engagement experience for Customers & Prospects. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Market Research & Insights - Understand and define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Combine the audience insights with audience intelligence (e.g. data) to build relevant programs
  • Through others, utilize standard tools and systems to document, communicate, measure, and monitor program plan and facilitate execution to share content and assets.


  • Bachelor's Degree, specialization in Marketing preferred
  • Excellent business-orientation and analytical skills combined with a focus on results

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build close relationships with customers and the sales team
