As part of the Salesforce Field Enablement for MuleSoft team, you will play a critical role in building the joint Salesforce and MuleSoft go-to-market as well as taking advantage of the Salesforce rocket fuel - the lift that Salesforce can bring to the MuleSoft business.A successful candidate will drive focused enablement of Core Salesforce distribution teams on how to effectively position MuleSoft, with the aim of driving massive amounts of qualified pipeline and ACV. The candidate will drive both set piece learning events (such as in person training sessions), online materials and also embed a consistent drumbeat of MuleSoft enablement in the Core Salesforce team. Building relationships within the geography you operate in will be vital - impacted stakeholders include Core AEs and SEs, Platform AEs and SEs, Salesforce enablement COE, product and industry marketing and GTM teams. You will need to be seen as a part of all of these teams.The candidate will be the recognized face of MuleSoft enablement within the Salesforce geography that they operate, and a trusted counterpart to the MuleSoft sales and enablement organizations. The primary focus of this role is activating and sustaining the Salesforce rocket fuel by enabling the global Salesforce Ohana with the basics of MuleSoft, and an evolving target group within the Ohana to effectively source and qualify warm MuleSoft leads, and team with the MuleSoft organization to prosecute and close opportunities.A successful candidate will have proven consultative and technical acumen, as well as amazing communication skills. They will understand the needs of field sales organizations, and know what it takes to drive field interest, awareness and buy-in of new products. A successful candidate is comfortable in a start-up like environment, and enthusiastic about rolling up his/her sleeves with a “get it done” attitude.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Contribute to strategy and content, and then drive overall execution of MuleSoft certification for global Salesforce Platform Cloud Sales (AEs, SEs), EAs, and a core group of target sellers including core AEs, SEs, PAMs and CSG
+ Build and expand a global MuleSoft SE community within Salesforce through online and in-person training that operates as a force multiplier across the Ohana
+ Partner with MuleSoft enablement and product marketing teams to design, develop and deliver amazing enablement assets for the Salesforce field — immersive, digestible, hands-on learning and self-serve training content that demystifies MuleSoft and makes it fun and easy for the field to engage
+ Equip the global core distribution teams with the basics of MuleSoft via Salesforce onboarding, new hire bootcamps, and more broadly tapping into the power of our COE
+ Drive learning and enablement of Salesforce employees, partners and the broader market via Trailhead
+ Partner with MuleSoft GTM teams, regional sales, and marketing leadership to grow and progress MuleSoft pipeline and ACV targets
+ Manage MuleSoft certifications for target audiences
+ Develop dashboards that allow MuleSoft and Salesforce to track progress against enablement goals, and overall pipeline and ACV goals, by region
+ Build relationships by spending face time with Muley's and our Salesforce Ohana.
+ If what we need for enablement doesn't exist yet, roll up your sleeves and build it!
+ Minimum 4 years of combined experience in Solution Engineering, Sales, Sales Management, Corporate Learning & Training
+ Experience delivering similar initiatives for the sales organization
+ Experience producing and hosting learning activities and events
+ Experience building and tracking pipeline and/or field enablement plans
+ Excellent executive presence and ability to drive adoption and credibility with senior leadership
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization
