• Deal with the Customer quality issues and reduce customer PPM.
  • Resolve customer complaints with 8D and other quality tools, close the issues thoroughly to avoid the repeat issue.
  • Enhance the customer satisfaction with fast response and good service.
  • Help and instruct other CQE’s work, visit customer timely to keep a good cooperation relationship.
  • Monitor the customer scorecard weekly, and prepare relevant report.

Required Skills
  • Familiar with IATF16949, be known with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T etc Quality tools.
  • Use the 8D approach to solve the problem.
  • Analytical ability, fact-oriented, quick in understanding and problem solving, integer personality, responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
  • Has passion and ambition.

Required Experience
  • Technical University graduated, majored in Mechanical / Material Engineering
  • About 5 years related technical experience.
