Job Description

Mountain Warehouse is excited to introduce its newest brand.

Neon Sheep; Who are we? We are quirky, inclusive, fun but not childish, fashionable but not slavish. We are not sensible or safe. We are… unexpected.
Rammed full of wonder from wall to wall, at Neon Sheep we promise a smile, from the everyday little find to that fool proof one of a kind. Just for ewe.

While stationery is our core product, we have a lifestyle range that complements our offering – offbeat, quirky and fun with a hint of fashion.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Commander In Sheep to manage this new concept site, someone keen on managing and developing people in a fun retail environment. We love seeing people grow; at Mountain Warehouse a number of our team have been promoted within the business and there are plenty of opportunities. Neon Sheep will have more opportunities; we want to see our flock grow.

You might have a real passion for stationery and accessories, and know about the products that go with them, but even if not, you can learn with us. We have 4 stores, with our newest opening on Tottenham Court Road in London. We have many more to open this year, all around the UK.

The Job
As a Store Manager you are responsible for maximising your store’s sales and profitability whilst leading an engaged and motivated team who ensure that every customer’s experience in our stores is outstanding.

As a person you should be hands-on and enthusiastic with the ability to deliver company standards to the highest level across all areas of a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also need to have:
• Retail management experience
• Excellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing and motivating a team
• Strong organisational skills
• A passion for selling and customer interaction
• A record of commercial success & awareness
• Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
• Stationery and/or accessory experience would be desirable but not essential

• Generous Staff Discount
• 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
• Salary sacrifice Pension scheme
• Tax-free childcare vouchers
