In today’s data -driven world, the way in which brands optimise the use of data and drive digital innovation is key to maximising the customer experience. At Iris, we focus on harnessing technology and human understanding so relationships between people and brands thrive.   

We’re looking for a forward-focused CRM lead, who can thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment. You are a strategic thinker with superior client relationship skills and a solid understanding of data-driven customer strategy as also the development & implementation of customer journeys.   

  • Lead the CRM Strategy Team, that is an integral part of running regional data-driven marketing programs  
  • Harness the power of data to help client's business maximise value from customer engagement  
  • Show a detailed understanding of customer journeys (concept, execution, and results tracking) and an advanced understanding of how to use data to execute personalised contact strategies, to meet specific objectives including sales conversion, customer retention and loyalty.
  • Lead the client toward best practices in CRM, loyalty, and data-driven marketing  
  • Undertake regular executive business reviews, highlighting performance, and identifying growth opportunities and plans
  • Show a strong understanding of differences in marketing to customers in different verticals and environments
  • Ensure meaningful client value is delivered to retain and grow client relationships through a strong mix of best-practice solutions, skills, and capabilities while meeting client KPIs and generating measurable results

 What you’ll do ? 

  • You will work closely with experts in other disciplines, to create customer experiences that are compelling and inspiring, drive long-term active participation with our client's brands
  • Help grow the data-driven strategy practice in Singapore, helping us successfully compete with the leading data-driven agencies in the region   
  • Own the process from briefing, research, and strategy/plan development while supporting the campaign execution
  • Work closely with data analysts and other strategists to ensure we develop strategies born out of consumer, market & behavioural insight
  • Contribute towards the development of the wider strategy team (integrated & data-driven) by supporting their personal growths, and by sharing interesting tools or techniques with the wider agency
  • Be curious, be enthusiastic, be hungry!  

Who are you? 

  • 10+ years of deep experience in omnichannel marketing (CRM, CX, Performance Marketing, Loyalty) with 3-5 of those years working in a leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations, projections, and KPIs - the ability to work closely with direct data planners and analysts
  • Track record of contact strategy design and blueprinting to deliver hyper-personalisation at scale for B2C brands
  • Building test and learn plans that support continuous optimisation of campaigns
  • Strong listening skills to understand client's visible and invisible needs, can recognise a situation needing a resolution
  • Strong writing, presentation, and client facing communication skills (strong proficiency in PowerPoint is required)
  • Comfort and experience working within a highly matrixed organization in roles with a wide degree of latitude
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc. is desirable
