Job Description

  • Provide leadership to staff which would include training, direction, scheduling, and supervision.
  • Learns and masters all positions of those they manage
  • Provides thorough information regarding menu and menu items.
  • Represents Company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer and associate interactions.
  • Ability to interact with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage an efficient break schedule
  • Maintain Compass programs such as Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, YouFirst, etc.
  • Enthusiastic and motivating to team members.
  • Demonstrates a sincere passion for food & beverage and customer service.
  • Ensure efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned but not limited to the duties listed above.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years previous working experience in a food service unit
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Able to successfully clear criminal and credit records checks
  • Able to work weekends and evening shift
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literate
