Job Description

Job Summary
  • Organizes, and coordinates construction activities on a job site
  • Assists in the implementation and enforcement of project procedures, schedules, cost controls and reporting
  • Requests and coordinates movement of tools, materials and equipment in accordance with established procedures and lead times
  • Identifies potential changes to project scope and advises project superintendent of associated impacts
  • Assists in the coordination and planning of projects in specific construction areas
  • Monitors contractors, trades performance, progress, and productivity
  • Ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications
  • Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction and site management
  • Strong technical and supervisory skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Vocational Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
